Using Fikarnot
Fikarnot is an event operations platform for event management companies. By accessing or using Fikarnot, you agree to these terms. If you use Fikarnot for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
You may use Fikarnot only for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another organization's data, upload harmful content, or use the platform to violate another person's rights.
Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout or agreed with you directly. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are added where required. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused capacity. We'll give reasonable advance notice before a price change takes effect for your account. Where Fikarnot facilitates payment collection from your own clients (for example, via a connected payment or e-signature provider), that provider's terms also apply to those transactions, and Fikarnot is not a party to the underlying agreement between you and your client.
Your content and data
You retain responsibility for the information and files you add to Fikarnot. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep Fikarnot reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our control. Features may change as the product develops. We do not currently commit to a specific uptime service level.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Fikarnot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of Fikarnot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when these terms are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, organizations, or the service. You may stop using Fikarnot at any time. On termination, you may request an export of your organization's data within a reasonable period before it is deleted, subject to the retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Fikarnot, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
